My app will be a 16 step drum sequencer with the ability to save patterns. I have used many sequencer apps but most of them have basic functionality, poor UI design, only 8 steps, and bad sounds. I have yet to find one that suits my needs so I know that there are probably other people looking for one as well. The point is to get ideas saved quickly while on the go without the need for pen and paper.
The Nexus UI would be perfect for the interface of the app and the programming can be done in JavaScript but might require another library geared toward audio. My plan would be to design the interface first, then figure out how to connect the different elements to add functionality.
